Justice Mbah Acha Rallies Momo Division Councillors for 100% Vote

Under the chairmanship of H.E. Justice Mbah Acha Rose Fomundam, head of the CPDM Permanent Delegation in the Momo Division, the CPDM hierarchy has called on councillors to secure a 100% vote for the divisional representatives in the upcoming elections scheduled for November 30, 2025.

This appeal was made during the official campaign launch on Friday, November 21, 2025, where CPDM party leaders emphasized that such support will demonstrate their unwavering dedication to the party.

More than 130 councillors from Mbengwi, Batibo, Njikwa, Widikum, and Ngie in Momo Division will vote for a single list of eight divisional representatives under the CPDM party, consisting of:

  1. Njoch Olivier Anoh
    2. Mbah Satu
    3. Tibi Stanley Chick
    4. Prof. Anyambod Emmanuel
    5. Beckley née Adamu Philomena
    6. Ujambeng Stephen Andong
    7. Abi Charles Fon
    8. Ashu Atambum

H.E. Justice Mbah Acha Rose Fomundam shared her expectations with the attending municipal councillors:

"Just one main expectation: 100% votes. All of them will vote for the list of candidates to be Regional Representatives and make us proud. While there, they must maintain party discipline because our party is well-disciplined. They are councillors, and by being councillors, they understand the need for discipline. Our national President is counting on them. It’s their legal right to vote."

 Statements from Mayors

Acha Kennedy Akam, Mayor of Batibo, stated

"Municipal councillors are the main actors, and I want to assure you that the Batibo councillors are very ready. They will perform their duty in line with the principles we uphold in the party, and they shall vote 100% for the candidates chosen by the party for the Regional councillors."

Andoh Stanislaus, Mayor of Widikum Council, added:

"From all indications and the dynamism of my councillors, their loyalty to the Party ensures they will be present in Mbengwi to vote for the list of Divisional Representatives."

Akebe Angwa Emmanuel, Mayor of Njikwa Council, remarked:

"I want to note that Njikwa is a traditional home for the CPDM. Most of our councillors are intellectuals. They are well prepared, and we have a very good number here 18 out of 20 active councillors. We are confident they will be there on election day."

The North West Regional Assembly is composed of 70 representatives from the seven divisions of the region, elected by the municipal councillors.
